I had the opportunity to be a significant contributor to several permanent exhibits at the National Museum of the American Indian. Working in all stages of the research and curatorial processes, I developed concepts, design strategies, wrote text labels and selected archeological and historical objects for permanent display.
In particular, I selected over 1,000 archeological and historical objects for exhibition, including all Pre-Columbian artifacts found in 1491, gold objects found in the "Gold Wall," gold coins, swords and daggers, all firearms, all Indian language bibles, all Indian Treaties and all American coins and currency appropriating Indian imagery.
I will be posting new images of exhibits I contributed to in the next several weeks.
